About Our Watches
Are OFF DIAL watches authentic?
Absolutely. Every OFF DIAL timepiece is built with genuine Seiko automatic movements (NH35/NH36 calibres), sapphire-coated crystals, and premium-grade materials. Each watch comes with a certificate of authenticity and is individually inspected before shipping.
What movement do your watches use?
We use the Seiko NH35 and NH36 automatic movements — the same calibres trusted by independent watchmakers worldwide. These are fully self-winding mechanical movements, powered by the natural motion of your wrist and never need a battery.
What is sapphire-coated hardlex crystal?
Our watches feature hardlex mineral crystal with a sapphire coating on top. This gives you significantly better scratch resistance than standard mineral glass, while keeping the watch at an accessible price point.
Are the diamonds real?
The diamond-set indices on select models use genuine lab-created diamonds. They’re optically and chemically identical to mined diamonds — the same brilliance, hardness, and fire — but responsibly produced.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹15,000. Orders below this threshold have a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, return the watch in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Every OFF DIAL watch comes with a 1-year movement warranty covering manufacturing defects.
How do I request a return or warranty claim?

Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my watch?
Wear it regularly to keep the automatic movement running. Avoid extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields. Clean the case and bracelet with a soft cloth periodically.
Is my watch water resistant?
Most OFF DIAL watches are rated to 100–200 metres of water resistance. They can handle rain, hand washing, and swimming. Avoid hot water as temperature changes can affect seals over time.
My watch has stopped. What do I do?
Automatic watches are powered by wrist movement. If your watch has stopped, simply wear it or gently rotate it to restart. If it doesn’t resume, contact us for support.
