At OFF DIAL, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every timepiece we offer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, protective films, and packaging intact. The watch must be accompanied by the original box, warranty card, certificate of authenticity, and proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, water damage, or tampering with the movement will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at offdial180910@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
For returns, the item must be shipped back to us via insured courier with tracking. We recommend using a reputable courier service to ensure the safe transit of your timepiece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at offdial180910@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: watches with removed tags or protective films, watches that have been worn or show signs of use, customized or engraved watches, watches purchased during final sale or clearance events, and gift cards.

Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired watch. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
