At OFF DIAL, we take great care in packaging and shipping every timepiece to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — ₹99
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — ₹199
Free Shipping on orders above ₹15,000
All orders are shipped via trusted, insured courier partners to ensure the safety of your timepiece during transit. Every shipment includes tamper-proof packaging and is fully insured against loss or damage.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package on the courier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at offdial180910@gmail.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon. Please follow us on social media for updates.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at offdial180910@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Please include photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
